Coaching Everyday Mindset
The Everyday Mindset coaching programme is designed to equip managers and leaders with the tools to foster self-awareness and unlock the full potential of everyone in their team. At its core, the program emphasises cultivating an environment where feedback is given with positive intent, encouraging growth and development.
The program is built around two types of feedback: affirming feedback, which motivates individuals to keep growing, and adjusting feedback, which helps them identify areas for improvement. The focus is on shifting managers and leaders away from constantly offering solutions and empowering individuals to build confidence in their problem-solving abilities.
A crucial part of the Coaching Everyday Mindset is encouraging a culture where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities. This mindset fosters independent thinking and decision-making and challenges the "do-it-all" approach, helping leaders understand the importance of change and adaptability.
The programme prioritises building strong, high-trust relationships where people feel comfortable sharing ideas and addressing conflict. It helps managers build confidence in themselves and their teams and encourages positive habits and personal growth.
Through personalised one-to-one coaching, participants deepen their understanding of the Coaching Everyday Mindset tools and models and build confidence in having effective coaching conversations every day.
